Health and Wellness

At Mewinzha Ondaadiziike Wiigaming, we offer a range of holistic healing and energy work options. Our approach integrates ceremony, hands-on therapies, and energy work techniques to support physical, emotional, and mental balance.

Offerings

Traditional Wellness Clinic

The Traditional Wellness Clinic is led by Anishinaabe Knowledge Keepers trained in working with traditional plant medicines to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Appointments are offered quarterly and by request.

Plant Medicines

Plant medicines are ethically harvested and cared for by our Knowledge Keepers. These natural remedies promote wellness across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

Cedar Bath

The cedar bath is a sacred Anishinaabe healing ceremony. It provides spiritual cleansing and rejuvenation for overall well-being. Pregnant women should not participate.

Healing Touch

Healing Touch therapy balances your energy fields, reducing pain, stress, and anxiety while supporting physical and spiritual healing.

Reiki

Reiki promotes relaxation and healing through light touch or no-touch techniques, improving mood, stress, and sleep quality.

Dynamic Body Balancing

Dynamic body balancing is a hands-on therapy that restores balance in the body by releasing tension in muscles and fascia, improving range of motion and overall body function.
