A doula is a trained professional who supports people during pregnancy, labor, childbirth, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, postpartum, lactation, parenting, and death or loss of a loved one.

Doulas provide educational, emotional, physical, and spiritual resources and support during these special and sacred times. Doulas, however, are not medical practitioners and cannot medically diagnose, examine, or treat clients. For medical or clinical support, please connect with the clinic at Mewinzha.
